Amanda Jones

Master Pilates Instructor

Amanda has been teaching Pilates for more than 10 years. She was trained in the UK and taught for over 5 years in London working with the teacher training studios of Body Control Pilates UK and Pilates Body Europe. Amanda has also taught in Cape Town, developing and teaching Pilates training courses before moving back to NZ in 2008. Amanda is a co-author and editor of many of the teacher training manuals for Stability Plus Pilates and is co-manager of the Stability Plus Pilates teacher training. Amanda is inspired by the constant challenge that Pilates presents both in her own body and in those of her clients. By correcting mis-alignments, muscle imbalances, and improving posture Pilates can make a dramatic difference to the lives of everyone – from professional athletes to those suffering injuries or illness.
