Ann has been living in New Zealand since 1998. In 2013, she completed a Bachelor of Education Degree at the University of Auckland. Since graduating, Ann gained experience teaching in South Korea and New Zealand for 6 years. During that time she found a love and drive for new challenges.
Learning led her to become a CXWORX and BODYBALANCE instructor at the popular gym, Les Mills.
Ann’s love of fitness and health eventually found her a new passion, Pilates. Through Peak Ann wants to continue helping people, exploring different ways to inspire and in turn, change their lives through fitness. Ann strives to instruct classes with creativity leaving the class sweaty but still smiling.
When she steps out of the studio, Ann loves the outdoors, yoga, and travelling.
