Cassy qualified as a Pilates Instructor in 2011, has a BA degree, Postgrad in Teaching, and background in Education/lecturing.
She first became a regular Pilates client at Peak in 2006 and experienced delightful results! A better posture, a body that was stronger, more flexible, more energetic, and in better shape than before! Cassy now enjoys motivating others to experience the same benefits of regular Pilates workouts!
Cassy is passionate about all aspects of health and wellbeing and loves studying and reading about it in her spare time! She studied (and was examined on) Anatomy and Physiology as part of her Pilates training and is an avid reader and student of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), a branch of neuroscience. She completed ‘NLP Life Skills and Coaching’ in 2017 and continues to learn and upskill in the field.
In her Pilates classes, Cassy uses all her skills, combined with her genuine love for people and positive attitude, to motivate and guide clients to develop and maintain a body that is healthy, strong, stable, balanced, and flexible. And that looks good too, of course!
