Kitty first began her Pilates journey in 2012 in Australia. After recovering from an ankle injury, she started incorporating reformer Pilates in her practice and immediately noticed a difference in her body. She found that Pilates helped improve her posture, overall strength and flexibility.
Since moving back to her home city of Auckland, her passion for fitness compelled her to leave a corporate career of 7 years as a retail buyer. She completed her training with Stability Plus Pilates as an instructor in both mat and reformer Pilates. Kitty is passionate about helping people accomplish and maintain a strong, balanced and flexible body.
When she is not teaching, Kitty enjoys staying fit by doing Pilates and HIIT classes at the gym. She is a foodie at heart, and is always looking for new restaurants to try.
