Lisa graduated as a Physiotherapist from AUT, in Auckland, at the end of 2015.
Coming from a dance background, Lisa was a Junior Associate of New Zealand School of Dance (NZSD). She then went onto train as a contemporary major, full-time, six days a week at NZSD for three years at the age of sixteen, where she graduated with a Diploma in Dance Performance.
Musculoskeletal physiotherapy is what Lisa finds the most enjoyable, alongside a particular interest in dance, knees, and post-operative rehabilitation.
Also boasting a Gravity Instructor qualification as well as completing a Dry Needling course in 2018, Lisa is currently studying a Postgraduate Certificate in Western Acupuncture.
In her spare time, Lisa likes to meet friends for brunch, read a book in the sun, travel, and go to yoga and boxing.
