Terms and Conditions

One on one appointments

  • We require 24 hours’ notice for cancellation
  • Cancellation fees apply – you will be required to pay the full amount of your appointment for a missed or late cancellation
  • All prepaid conditioning sessions expire one year from the date of purchase
  • (Excludes Peak Pilates and Wellbeing packages, refer to separate terms and conditions)
  • All physiotherapy and conditioning sessions are non-refundable, they can be transferred to an alternative Peak treatment or class if you are unable to use them
  • (Excluding Peak Pilates and Wellbeing Packages, refer to separate terms and conditions)
  • If you arrive late for a session you will still be charged for the full appointment

Pilates classes

  • We require 24 hours’ notice for cancellation
  • Cancellation fees apply – you will be required to pay the full amount of your class or a stamp will be deducted from your prepaid concession card if a class is missed or not cancelled within 24 hours of the class commencing
  • Pilates Concession cards expire 6 months from the date of purchase
  • Excluding Peak Pilates and Wellbeing packages, refer to separate terms and conditions)
  • Pilates Concession cards are non refundable, they can be transferred to another person if you are unable to use the card
  • Excluding Peak Pilates and Wellbeing packages, refer to separate terms and conditions)
  • All new clients must complete an introduction before doing any group classes
  • Clients arriving 15 minutes late for Pilates group classes will be refused entry and will be charged for the session

General terms

  • For hygiene purposes, socks or shoes must be worn in the studio at all times
  • It is your (the client)’s responsibility to inform your physiotherapist and or instructor if you have any injuries before or during your appointment / class or if you feel any discomfort before, during and / or after the session.
