How do I get started?

We want to make sure you get the most benefit out of your Peak Pilates group sessions, so we do require participants to complete an Introductory one-on-one session before taking part in any group class.

In this Pilates session, your instructor will go over muscle activation, positioning, and the types of Pilates classes offered here at Peak. During your intro, you will also have an opportunity to go through a wide variety of Pilates exercises, both on the mat and on the reformer machines, and discuss any concerns you may have with an instructor before joining classes. This session can be with a physiotherapist if you have any past or present injuries. Our physiotherapist will be able to teach you how you may need to modify some of the exercises in class. Both our instructors and physios can discuss which class type is best for you, or even if private sessions may be more appropriate to help you achieve your fitness goals. This no-obligation introductory session is the best way to get a taste test of Pilates & find out which options will be best for you when taking the next step.

How much does it cost?

We want you to achieve the best results with our Peak Pilates classes, and so we have designed Pilates sessions for you to use that do not lock you into memberships and nor are you expected to join in and figure it all out by yourself. For this reason, we have put together classes and sessions that cater to your individual needs, whether you want to join in a class on a casual basis, take a private session, or use a concession card to book the classes you are interested in on a when and where basis. We have eight locations throughout Auckland, including as far South as Botany and as far North as Millwater.

Private Pilates sessions are specifically tailored to meet your needs and goals.

We have many different services and special offers across the clinics, please call your local clinic for the price
